Description

It’s well known that the green tea is rich in vitamins, minerals and antioxidants (especially EGCG). The addition of the louise (lemon verbena ) helps to calm, treat sleeping problems and cure/prevent throat infections and colds.

This mix is excellent both as hot or cold drink.

To get the full health benefits from of tea antioxidants (first of all, lowering the risk of cancer, anti-aging and normalization of blood pressure), it is recommended to consume green tea regularly.

Brew with boiled mineral water cooled down to a temperature of 80–85°C, based on 1–2 teaspoons of leaves per 200 ml. Infuse for 3–4 minutes, then strain and pour into cups. We recommend repeated brewing of the tea leaves.
