“Bilberry” is a blend of bilberries, green apple, hawthorn fruit, hibiscus and aronia. Here, bilberry is complemented by the fruity notes of apple, the tartness of hibiscus and the astringency of aronia.

The drink will appeal to those who enjoy bilberries combined with other fruits. The ingredients contain no sources of caffeine. Unlike the separate “Dried Bilberries” product, this is a ready-made blend of five ingredients.

Preparation: Warm the teapot. Add 1 teaspoon of the blend per cup, pour over boiling water and steep for 5–8 minutes.
