Description

In China the making of complex bound teas tea (like “Garland”) is considered a special art and its brewing is a meditative, relaxing and still intriguing process. Jasmine garland opens up from the green tea leaves intertwisted into a “heart” and crowned with an Amaranth flower.

This tea of extraordinary beauty is rich with vitamins, minerals and antioxidants.

It combines an invigorating and refreshing effect of green teas with the relaxing and calming effect of jasmine. Brewed in a transparent teapot aromatic Garland will add vibrancy to a table of friends or a romantic evening. It is a sophisticated way to say “I love you.”

The light honey brew has a soft flavor and a tender jasmine aroma leaving a long sweet aftertaste.

HOW TO BREW BLOOMING TEAS

Brew 1 flower “bud” in about 700-800ml filtered water that was boiled and cooled to 85°. Cover with a lid, strain after 4-5 minutes and serve. You can brew the leaves a second time, adding a minute or two to the brewing time
