Ethiopia Tore Badia is a high-altitude coffee from the Yirgacheffe region, grown at elevations of 1,800–2,200 meters on smallholder farms. Ripe coffee cherries are hand-picked and undergo anaerobic fermentation—a careful process that allows the natural potential of the beans to fully раскрыться and highlights their bright, expressive character.

Ethiopian coffee is prized for its clarity of flavor and complex aromatic profile. Tore Badia stands out for its pronounced berry acidity, with clearly defined notes of strawberry and cranberry, while maintaining balance and transparency in the cup.

This coffee is perfectly suited for filter brewing methods. It is refreshing, invigorating, and delivers a light, lively mouthfeel. Even as it cools, the drink retains its depth of flavor and remains pleasant and насыщенным.

BREWING RECOMMENDATIONS FOR ETHIOPIA TORE BADIA

Brew freshly ground coffee using soft, filtered water heated to 92–96 °C, at a ratio of 18–20 g of coffee per 300 ml of water. Use a medium grind suitable for filter methods.

Pour a small amount of water over the coffee (approximately 40–50 ml) and allow it to bloom for 30–40 seconds. Then slowly add the remaining water in circular motions. Total brewing time should be 2.5–3.5 minutes.
