Mao Feng<\/strong> is one of the three best Chinese green teas along with Longjing and Bi Lo Chun. It grows in the mountain glens of Anhui province, where tea gardens are wrapped with fog and covered with clouds. It is harvested in early spring and processed the same day, preserving its natural freshness and aroma of young leaves.<\/p>\n

Having soft toning effect it refreshes and invigorates, and clarifies the mind. It creates a nice mood and promotes artistic activities. Mao Feng is famous for its healthy effect: its regular use protects the nervous system from stress, regulates blood pressure, strengthens vascular walls, cleans the body from noxious substances and prevents the development of cancers.<\/p>\n

Brew 2 tea spoons per 200 ml filtered water that was boiled and cooled to 80\u00b0. Cover with a lid, strain after 2-3 minutes and serve. You can brew the leaves a second and a third time, adding a minute or two to the brewing time\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n
