<\/p>\nBa Xian is an amazing variety of oolong tea from the mountain area of Fujian province. It is made of upper large leaves that are withered after harvesting, then rolled in special drums and finally dried in grilled baskets over fuming fireplaces.<\/p>\n
Dried Ba Xian leaves are elongated and very dark, almost black.\u00a0They are rich with a sweet aroma with notes of honey and smoke, reminiscent of a fruit garden on a sunny day.<\/p>\n
High-mountain oolong preserves the natural purity of green cliffs and crystal mountain streams, finely and warmly conveying the atmosphere of the place where it was gathered. This very tasty tea warms you up, raises the mood and gives the feeling of relaxation.<\/p>\n
The first brew is golden with the aroma of a meadow warmed by the sun, honey, melon, and the rich but delicate wooden-fruit flavor. With each next brew the color will become even richer, changing to amber-red. The aroma will become denser, blooming with notes of pears and caramel.<\/p>\n

Brew 2-3 tea spoons per 200 ml filtered boiled water. First, briefly wash the leaves in the boiled water, then add water again, cover with a lid, strain after 1-2 minutes and serve. You can brew the leaves a second and a third time, adding a minute or two to the brewing time\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n \u2014\u00a0 For more delicate types of tea, like white or green, glass or porcelain teapots are better while for oolongs, black teas and puerhs clay teapots are preferred<\/em><\/p>\n
