In China production of \u201cFlower<\/strong>\u201d tea is considered a special art. Green tea leaves are dried together with jasmine natural petals and manually twisted with amaranth flowers into buds. During the brewing process the buds open up and bloom into beautiful crown daisies.<\/p>\n

Brew 1 flower in about 700-800ml filtered water that was boiled and cooled to 85\u00b0. Cover with a lid, strain after 4-5 minutes and serve. You can brew the leaves a second time, adding a minute or two to the brewing time\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n
