\nAfter picking, the processing of sencha green tea starts with a quick steam of the fresh tea leaves, preventing oxidization and locking in the green color and flavor. The leaves are then rolled, shaped, and dried.

HOW TO BREW SENCHA GREEN TEA<\/h4>\n

Brew 1-2 teaspoons per 200 ml filtered water that was boiled and cooled to 70-80\u00b0. Cover with a lid, strain after 1-2 minutes and serve. You can brew the leaves a second and a third time, adding a minute or two to the brewing time.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n
