Description

This type of tea comes from the southern part of China and as a result of processing it acquires an unmatched pronounced milky-creamy aroma and a pleasant aftertaste.

Moderate fermentation of oolong preserves the vitamins and creates an environment for the formation of the essential oils and compounds. This is the secret of oolong’s amazing ability to change its flavor and aroma from one brew to another, gradually revealing new shades. Just like Tie Guan Yin, this tea has a soft soothing and warming effect, having a positive effect on the digestion system.

The light greenish-yellow brew has tender flavor with milky shades and a caramel-creamy aroma.

HOW TO BREW MILK OOLONG TEA

Brew 1-2 tea spoons per 200 ml filtered water that was boiled and cooled to 85°. Cover with a lid, strain after 2-3 minutes and serve. You can brew the leaves a second and a third time, adding a minute or two to the brewing time
